- Leave the place, you should leave the place when you are stressed up for a little while, so that you will freshen up in the new environment.
- Close your eyes concentrate, and through your nose take 5 deep breaths.
- Drink Chamomile Tea, it will help your nerves to calm down.
- Take a hot shower, hot shower will relax your muscles.
- Solve your problems, if you are stressed with basic things like hunger, thirst, phone call, or any worry you should solve it immediately to avoid getting your mind stressed up.
- When you are stressed up you should try to refresh your mind by watching comedy movies, laughter show or anything which is funny.
- Listen to music when you are stressed up.
- Walk, jog, swim, exercise or do any physical activities which will really help you to get rid from stress.
